I/we understand that if my student currently receives services through Exceptional Student Education (ESE), placement in a virtual program requires a review of the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) with the student's assigned school location prior to enrollment into St. Johns Virtual School. Families are responsible for scheduling the appointment with the assigned school.
I/we have read the above statement.
St. Johns Virtual School is a program of choice. Completion of the application does not guarantee placement. Families are responsible for ensuring their child is properly placed and attending their assigned school location from the first day of the academic calendar/semester.
I/we have read the above statement
Online learning is a family decision. Each Full-Time student is required to maintain a minimum of 6 courses per semester to be considered a Full-Time student. Making sure your child is successful in an online environment requires a consistent support structure. Please describe the structure that will be put in place to provide the support needed for your child's academic success.
